Your Role:

As a Senior Developer at Atlastix, you will:

Lead the design and development of new features for our AI-driven observability platform, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI and ML models into the platform, enhancing its analytical capabilities.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Stay ahead of the curve in technology trends, particularly in AI, ML, and software development, to keep our platform at the forefront of innovation.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into robust, scalable solutions.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has a bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Boasts extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading projects to successful completion.
Is proficient in one or more programming languages relevant to web and backend development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go).
Has experience with AI and ML technologies, or a strong desire to learn and apply these in a product context.
Demonstrates strong architectural and design skills, with the ability to architect scalable, high-performance systems.
Is a natural leader and communicator, capable of motivating teams and articulating technical challenges and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
